Fees are based on a standard hourly rate. A written estimate and work agreement are provided in advance. Minimum requirements are:
Roundtrip travel to locations outside of the City of San Francisco and Marin County is billed at 50% of the hourly rate. Reports are delivered in PDF format; printed/bound copies are available at cost.
